The neem oil from WENDOWERK was delivered in a perfectly fitting cardboard box. The box was undamaged and could be easily opened with a sharp object. The box contained the neem oil, the spray bottle and the measuring cup. The neem oil bottle and the spray bottle were undamaged, only the measuring cup had slight dents, but these did not impair its function. There was no further packaging for the individual items, but this would be useful as the measuring cup would be better protected during transport.
In terms of sustainability, it should be noted that the cardboard box is reusable and no plastic packaging was used. Overall, the neem oil from WENDOWERK makes a very good impression.

The measuring cup is labelled with the units 2.5 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml and 15 ml. All items have a high-quality, sturdy finish and make a very good impression in terms of their durability. Neem oil from WENDOWERK is an environmentally friendly and eco-friendly method of pest control and plant care for indoor and outdoor use. The application is simple and requires little time, as the neem oil can be used immediately after mixing with water.
It is recommended to spray the top and bottom of the leaves evenly once a week. If necessary, the interval can be shortened to every 48 hours. To avoid damage to the plant or ineffective application, the mixing ratio should not be exceeded and the application should not be carried out in strong sunlight or rain.
In this practical test, an ivy plant infested with spider mites was treated. As different recommendations for the mixing ratio could be found on Amazon and on the packaging, the mixing ratio of 5-10 ml to 1 litre of water was used as an example. This means that 2.5 ml of neem oil was used per 300 ml of water.
In order to obtain a meaningful result about the success of the pest control, the test was carried out over a period of 4 weeks. Spraying was carried out every 3 days. At the beginning, the plant lost some leaves due to the pest infestation. After just 2 weeks, the first successes became apparent. New, healthy leaves grew on the plant and the pest infestation was no longer present. To maintain the success, the application was changed from every 3 days to once a week.
Overall, it can be said that we liked the neem oil from WENDOWERK very much in the test and its effectiveness can be confirmed.
