The FLIPLINE bath mat arrived for our test in the typical shipping box, so it was easy to open by removing the adhesive strip and was delivered undamaged.
Inside the box was the bath mat wrapped in plastic film. The product comes with an instruction manual and pictures make it very easy to use the mat. Unfortunately, plastic was used in the packaging to prevent soiling. In this case, the product was fully protected and the bath mat was therefore in perfect condition.
Unfortunately, the packaging of the bath mat is not completely recyclable.
The first impression is very good, as neither the product nor the packaging used was damaged.

After unpacking, there were operating and care instructions as well as the bath mat on the base of the bath.
Installation and use went smoothly as the instructions were very precise. Unfortunately, the customer is not given a customer hotline to contact.
However, customers can contact FLIPLINE’s customer service via the e-mail address provided. This information is printed directly on the outer banderole and can be easily seen by the customer.
All in all, this is a very good way to send a product.

On the Amazon platform, consumers have given the product an average rating of 4.1 stars. One criticism is that the pimples are very prickly, making small children in particular reluctant to sit on the mat. Many customers like the fact that this mat does not smell chemical or like plastic, the quality is very good and the mat does not slip when in use. In our practical test, we were also able to confirm these points, but we found that the nubs take some getting used to and after this phase are pleasantly reminiscent of a massage.
Prices of up to €33.99 are charged on the Internet for equivalent products. Very inexpensive products are available for as little as €5.99. The FLIPLINE bath mat is therefore in the mid-price segment in our test with a price of €19.89. The price ratio is very good for the quality and scope of services you get.
