We took a close look at and tested the product in a practical test. In the following, we take a closer look at the features and impressions. From the packaging, materials and quality to the range of functions and handling, the product is subjected to our test procedure.
To give you a quick overview, we work with a points system. The maximum achievable score per area is 100 points. The intervertebral disc relief cube was delivered in the company’s own cardboard box for our product test. The box was printed with the product name, weight and size information and was in perfect condition. Opening the box was effortless with the help of a cutter. Inside the box, the product was rolled up and vacuum-packed in plastic film. The leather-look cover was also wrapped separately in plastic film. We are of the opinion that there are more sustainable packaging alternatives than plastic film and the packaging of the cover was not necessary. Both the cube and the cover were in perfect condition and made a high-quality impression. Detailed instructions for use in German with pictures were also included.

The visual appearance of the maxVitalis intervertebral disc relief cube and the leather-look cover is of high quality, with no noticeable defects in production. The cover looks elegant and is free from scratches or other damage.
The workmanship is evident in the well-stitched seams on the leather-look cover, while the cube retains the specified dimensions of 40x50x60 cm after the cold foam has been expanded.
In terms of stability, both the relief cube and the cover are stable. There is no specific information available on the sustainability of the product, but the use of high-quality materials suggests a long-lasting product quality.

In our practical test, the intervertebral disc relief cube impressed us with its ergonomic design, which provides relief for the intervertebral discs andoptimum support for the spine both when lying and sitting. The adaptability of the cold foam material enables perfect adjustment to the individual body shape. However, the tight fit of the cover makes it somewhat difficult to put on, especially when the cold foam expands.
The relief cube can support a weight of up to 130 kg and is therefore not suitable for people with obesity, who are more likely to suffer from slipped discs. The imitation leather cover is easy to clean by wiping it with a damp cloth, but it is not suitable for the washing machine.
The versatile use ofthe cube not only provides intervertebral disc relief when lying down, but can also be used as a stool for comfortable sitting or as an aid for sports activities such as sit-ups. Overall, the intervertebral disc relief cube provides noticeable relief and support for the back.

On the Amazon platform, consumers rate the product with an average of 4.2 stars. In individual cases, there are complaints that it is perceived as too soft . On the other hand, the versatile application options and the quality are positively emphasized. In our practical test, we were able to confirm the versatile application options and high quality. However, the consumer criticism that the cold foam of the belt-sliding relief cube was too soft was not justified.
