The mattress is characterised by its 3D mesh and perforated foam core, whose air circulation and heat dissipation contribute to an excellent sleeping climate. It also has an air-permeable, waterproof hygienic membrane made from high-quality Tencel fabric. No chemical odour was detected in the test. The product adapts very well to different sleeping positions and offers excellent pressure distribution, which relieves pressure on the spine. Cleaning and caring for the Royal mattress is particularly easy, as the antibacterial cover is removable and washable at 60 °C. The product has also been tested for harmful substances.
