Packaging
The first aid kit in accordance with DIN 13157 including additional filling from Werkstein came in a typical shipping box for our test. This was undamaged on arrival and could be easily opened by removing the adhesive strip. Inside, the case was wrapped in bubble wrap with protective film on the surface and the additional filling was packed in plastic film. This type of packaging ensured that the product was optimally protected from external influences and hygienically dispatched. Product protection was therefore fully guaranteed and the first aid kit and the filling were delivered in perfect condition .
The packaging is partially recyclable. However, the plastic film cannot be recycled . Nevertheless, the presentation of the product makes a very good impression.

In addition to the medical products, the first aid kit contains the fastening material for wall mounting, consisting of 4 screws and plugs each. The additional filling and the filling of the box comply with the DIN 13157 standard. The wall mounting and instructions for first aid in the event of accidents are each described in a small booklet in German with pictures. The contact information can be found on the product box, the back of the case and on the plastic film of the additional filling. The expiry date of the sterile products is also stated. However, there is no customer hotline or e-mail address. Nevertheless, this is a very good way to send a product.

First of all, the first aid kit makes a very good visual impression. There are no recognisable manufacturing defects . Furthermore, all transitions are cleanly finished and no scratches or edges are visible. The product is made of ABS plastic, which is very high-quality and robust . The first aid kit also impresses with its eye-catching and practical design, which makes it easy to find in an emergency. The medical products are individually packaged to ensure sterility.
There is no information on the sustainability of the product. However, due to the high-quality materials used, we assume a long service life . In addition, the sterile content parts have a shelf life of 5 years and can be replaced when used.

To remove it from the holder, it must be slid out and therefore cannot be used directly on the wall. Even without the wall bracket, the first aid kit can be stored compactly so that it can be used both stationary and mobile . The contents have been tested for commercial use in accordance with the DIN 13157 standard. This is the smaller version, which is approved for offices with up to 50 employees, production facilities with up to 20 employees and construction sites with up to 10 employees. It can also be used in private households. The emergency number plate printed on the front allows individual emergency numbers to be entered.
The contents and the additional filling fulfil the legal requirements. The product is therefore fully equipped and can be used quickly and effectively in an emergency. In total, the customer receives 82 high-quality and sterile items including instructions for first aid.
