Among other things, the product ensures that the Thermomix remains stable and secure even when kneading. The product also protects the functionality of the scales, as the sensitive feet of the Thermomix could be damaged if they are moved.
The AirSlider impresses with ergonomic recessed grips, a bevelled floating edge and extra foot recesses suitable for the Thermomix. The sliding board is made of high-quality and durable mineral acrylic stone. The product also looks very delicate and blends in well with the look of the TM.

The gliding board for the Thermomix TM5/TM6 from FLIPLINE was sent in a standard cardboard box. The box was undamaged and was easy to open. The AirSlide was secured against slipping by an additional cardboard box with cut-outs for the feet. In this case, the product was fully protected and the gliding board arrived in perfect condition.
The packaging of the AirSlide is completely recyclable, as no unnecessary plastic packaging was used. Overall, the gliding board makes a very good impression and its weight of 2170 g was impressive. The advantages, the correct method of use and safety instructions were labelled on the box.

After unpacking, there was only the gliding board and a piece of cardboard on the table, which served as transport protection. The Airglide is made of solid mineral acrylic stone with no corners or edges. The surface of the product is smooth and therefore easy to clean, as no dirt, dust or splashes can accumulate in any cracks or uneven areas. Instructions for use, product care and safety information can be found on the product packaging.
It would be nice to have separate instructions for use , as very few customers keep the outer carton. The manufacturer’s contact information was also on the box. Unfortunately, the telephone number was missing.
Overall, this is a customer and environmentally friendly way of sending a product.

The gliding board is made of high-quality mineral acrylic stone, which lies heavily and securely on the kitchen worktop. There are three recessed grips on the underside for safely moving the sliding board. The AirSlider can be moved relatively easily by lifting it. However, the customer must lift the product at a certain angle, then moving it is child’s play. Moving it sideways is also no problem. The finish is smooth, without any edges or imperfections. The gliding board is also dimensionally stable and the surface is smooth without being slippery.

We really enjoyed testing the FLIPLINE gliding board. The Thermomix (in this test the TM5) stood firmly and securely on the base, regardless of whether a heavy bread dough was being kneaded or the food processor was running on turbo. It also forms a harmonious unit with the Thermomix and is therefore a small eye-catcher in the kitchen. To move the AirSlide easily, it needs to be lifted at a certain angle, then it can be moved with very little effort. This effortless movement is supported by the three recessed grips. The product has an even and smooth finish. Unfortunately, the product is not dishwasher-safe and can only be cleaned using a damp cloth and a mild detergent.

On the Amazon platform, consumers have given the product an average rating of 4.8 stars. Customers often criticise the fact that they would like better gliding properties for this price and that the price itself is too high. Many customers like the fact that the gliding board fits perfectly. It is very good quality, smooth and stylish. The product absorbs the vibrations well when kneading dough and the Thermomix is therefore very stable. In our practical test, we were able to confirm that the product is of very good quality. With the right technique, it is easy to move.
Prices of up to €99.90 are charged on the Internet for equivalent products. Very inexpensive products are available from as little as €29.99. With a price of €69.85, the FLIPLINE gliding board is currently in the middle price segment. The price ratio is reasonable for the quality and scope of services offered.
